My name is Deanna Hodges and I am setting up this go fund me for my brother, Jeff. Jeff is a hard-working American with a heart of gold who loves his family.

On Wednesday, October 4, Jeff suffered an unimaginable tragedy. While he was at work, his house burned down with two of his children and three of his grandchildren inside. One of his children made it out alive and was life flighted to Shands Burn Center in Gainesville, Florida. His other child and her three small children tragically perished in the fire. All of the children were age 6 and under.

They have literally lost everything. The house was a total loss, which pales in comparison to the loss of life and a very hard road ahead that my niece must travel as a burn victim. There will be years of surgeries, treatments, and major alterations to her life for her to regain independence.

All donations will help them purchase the basic necessities like clothing, food, and transportation. It will also help with the cost of laying four beautiful souls to rest and help with the medical bills.
