4 Alarm Fire in Oxford PA

East Marlborough Police have updates on the individual who stole my wallet. Thanks to Oxford Mayor emphasizing the seriousness in the crime. Hello My name is Arlyn Ayala-Estrada. I just want to take the time to thank every person who has showered me & my family with so much love & support Sadly, what we used to call home is no longer more. Wednesday 9/13 @11:30pm Me, my family & many others lost our homes to a 4 Alarm-Fire that spread in a matter of seconds onto all the apartments & business on 3rd St. Union Fire Company No. 1 ~ Oxford, PA along with other Fire houses battled to put it out over 8-9 hours. We are so thankful to the firefighter who saved me and my husbands pup “Ace” ❤️ he was home alone while we were at work. We all lost everything…EVERYTHING! but the clothes on our back! Buildings were no longer habitable so they have been demolished.The American Red Cross & other local organizations has been amazing in providing temporary assistance, but there is a life that still continues and does not stop. Friday 9/15 would of been a month of moving into the new apartment we purchased everything new, living room furniture, bed room furniture and everything me and my husband worked so hard and tirelessly is gone in flames, burned to shambles. Like my mother says when bad things come, they come in waves. Friday afternoon 9/15 an unleashed dog attacked my pup and bit his face my poor baby has been traumatized beyond belief. On Monday 9/18 while buying some food in Walmart located in Kennett Square a heartless individual stole my wallet I had to call the police file a report. they have him on security footage taking the wallet from the cart. i had cash family and friends gave me to help me because of the fire he pocketed the cash went around walmart got items then went to self checkout and used my husbands card. We ask for the community and everyones help. Even if its to share or spread the word any help is deeply appreciated to help my family and I to find a new place to call home and try to start the process of rebuilding everything we lost.
