Hello! I would like to thank everyone that has prayed shared and donated to my go fund me. Those that are close to me know me as a stand up guy those that don't know me I hope this update gives you insight into the type of person and kind soul that I am. I am a dedicated father and dedicated husband! I have been a stay at home Daddy for the 8 years my daughter Isabella is on this earth! I have well before we were married supported Jennifer emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and physically and whatever financial support I could do throughout her time in Anesthesia school. I gave her my word that I would provide a environment for her to focus on becoming the best Anesthesia provider she could be. I kept my word and did all the housework and chores of cooking, cleaning, laundry, shopping and always throwing out the garbage. I remember feeling incredibly proud when she walked down the aisle at ODU to accept her diploma and Masters degree. Jennifer has made an incredible career over the span of 20 years. That has provided our family some of the finer things in life as well as travel. I am a Chef by trade and was a professional bowling ball driller and coach before leaving Brooklyn to follow Jennifer's career path in 2005 . We moved to Virginia Beach and purchased a condo. We were married in 2008 and we had Isabella in 2015. I suffered the unexpected loss of my father a few years earlier and was devastated by that loss. My father Ralphie as his friends called him was my biggest cheerleader. After having Bella, that's what we like to call her. I purchased a condo with funds left to me from my father's life insurance. We moved my mom down in 2016 she was reluctant to come and leave Brooklyn where she lived her whole life. Shortly after moving mom to Virginia Beach. Me Jennifer and Bella moved in with Mom while our kitchen and dinning room were remodeled. I truly believe those were some of the best times for my mom to see my daughter grow. Mom got to see Bella grow to 5 before her health quickly declined and mom passed in late 2021. I had the horrible responsibility of cleaning out and going through her belongings. It was very difficult for me. We got through it. We had to lease the unit so we didn't bare the burden of 2 mortgages and HOA fees. In early 2022 we leased the unit partially furnished. My mom's China and curio cabinet are still in place. The unit was leased until July/August of 2023. Me and Jennifer were in California on July 7th when after landing at the airport I received a call from a detective stating that there was a break in at the leased condo and where was I ? The full details were not found out until later. My mother-in-law was at my residence watching our daughter who didn't want to miss farm camp. We returned to Virginia on July 10th. I received a call from another detective asking if I wanted to press charges. I asked press charges for what the unit is leased. I had not gone to the unit as of yet because I contacted a real estate attorney who asked if I received rent for July which I had on the first of the month. I was told I I cannot take back the property until August 1st. I went to the unit on August 1st and the door was broken in and the place was trashed. There was a search warrant on the table with the address of the condo unit. There was listed on the warrant that multiple amounts of cannabis and mushrooms as well as money counters. I proceeded to start to clean up as best as possible. Just being in there was emotional for me. I got the locks and door fixed and was able to get the condo rented by mid August. On August 29 I took Bella to school for first day orientation. After dropping her off I was pulled over and asked "Are you Anthony Esposito" my reply was technically I'm not . My legal name is Tony on my birth certificate as well as passport and all other government documents. I was told there are warrants for my arrest but when I asked what are the charges I was told that they didn't know and I would find out at the precinct. I was then approached be another uniform officer who put his body cam on and stated that they were going to execute a search warrant for my residence. While on body cam I asked to see said search warrant and was again told it was in the hands of the officers about to execute the warrant. I was asked in order to not have to break the door in can that use my keys to enter the property. I said on the conditions that you leave keys and lock door when finished. They didn't leave the keys anywhere. I was handcuffed and taken to the precinct where I was questioned. I showed the detective the lease on my phone and they went out and optained an image of the man that leased the unit. I was locked you for two weeks before getting bond. My wife has since written me off . Taken me off all savings and checking accounts and is not standing by me or helping financially in any way whatsoever. That is why I need so much help.
