I hope the New Year is treating everyone well.

I'm reaching out because the Commemorative Tree and Bench Dedication Program from The City of Whitby is open and accepting applications again.

I know a lot of people are interested in dedicating a bench and tree in the memory of Tammie and her incredible spirit. Right now we are planning to dedicate a new bench and tree with a plaque for Tammie at D'hillier Park in Whitby. This is a park she loved and spent a lot of time in and it would be wonderful if we could dedicate a part of this park in her memory.

The total cost of the bench and tree dedication are: $4,130. Any additional funds generated will go to the OntarioSPCA https://ontariospca.ca/ and Food Banks Canada https://foodbankscanada.ca/

Once the funds are raised we will submit the application and once the location and the planting date is finalized we will organize an event at D'hillier Park with her friends and family to celebrate Tammie once again. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or suggestions.
