Help Delia Kick Cancer
Some of you may know or have heard us talk about our cousin Delia. Whether or not you know her, Delia could really use your good wishes and prayers.
Delia found out she had Leukemia on New Year’s Eve, which is no way for any 28-year-old to ring in the New Year. She has been in Mount Sinai Hospital ever since, and has been undergoing intensive chemotherapy and other tests. However, Delia has contracted some serious infections / viruses and therefore was rushed to the ICU on Thursday (1/30).
Delia has been battling Leukimia, MS, double pneumonia, RSV, sepsis, kidney failure, and 104° fevers. She is one tough cookie.
This last month, but especially the last few days, has been quite the emotional roller coaster. It seems as though every time we take one step forward, we take two back. She was taken off the ventilator on Sunday (2/2), only to be put back on again today (2/4).
As you can only imagine, medical bills are quickly piling up on Delia’s single mother (our aunt).
Some of you have asked us how you can help / if you could bring anything. We don’t need anything personally but would so greatly appreciate if you could donate a little something to her GoFundMe.
God Bless you all and thank you for your endless support and prayers!
Xoxo,
Juliet & Rafaella
