Hello, my name is Nathan Hudson.

I’m reaching out today because I am in need of a kidney transplant. My health journey has been unexpected— I do not have a family history of kidney disease, but after a seizure, my kidneys were severely damaged. Since then, I’ve been working closely with my doctors to manage my health and remain hopeful about the future.

I’ve been blessed with a strong, loving support system, and I am so grateful for my family, friends, and community who have walked beside me through this. Now, I’m asking for your help as I take the next steps.
