In despair : We are in dire need of funds for a a medical trip to Edmonton next month . This trip is for life saving surgery as Jim needs a double organ transplant, both a liver and kidney. He has been gravely sick for over three years now. We do not have the financial means to make this necessary trip . Funds are needed for gas, lodging, parking, food, meals, as a stay of one week in Edmonton is a requirment of his treatment.  This is where the testing for surgery will take place and where he needs to meet and greet the transplant teams . He will be undergoing multiple tests for the  transplant(s) at the hospital over the week.  These test are required to receive the double transplant .

We would be extremely greatful for any assistansce to help Jim going forward.
