Hi, my name is Esther Vanderwal and I am one of Leslie Kesey’s long time high school friends. She was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and has been in the treatment phase of her battle. Leslie is the mother of 4 and the grandmother of two. She works harder than most people I know and it’s very hard for her to ask for help, but she is needing help and support right now.

Leslie has been off from work due to her surgeries and now has to take more time off to heal. She has used all of her sick leave and vacation leave and is worried about covering her bills while she is recovering. Cancer is a terrible illness that I know we can say we all hate. It’s taken it’s toll on my dear friend but she is a fighter. She needs support right now to get through this.
