Last year “Friends of Slowyuga” banded together in September 2022 and organized the first annual Mission Terrace Neighborfest, an epic block party on Cayuga Ave for neighbors to meet each other and promote resiliency. Since then, we've supported several neighborhood events that activate and bring joy to our community.

Last year's block party was a huge success with over 500 attendees, 15+ local neighborhood sponsors and organizations, live performances, workout classes, kids activities, potlucks, a DJ and more!

We hope to have another successful block party this year and we'd love your help in doing so with a donation. Any bit helps and will contribute to any of the following:

Friends of Slowyuga is a group of neighbors that have banded together to promote community, safety, health, and art along the Cayuga Ave Slow Street corridor.
