Devastating Fire in Port Alberni Destroys Home

Early hours on Dec 26th 2022 there was a house fire in port alberni BC. My mother and 3 others were able to escape the blaze partially unharmed (treated for smoke inhalation) they managed to escape with the clothes on their backs and nothing else, no phones, no photos, no contacts, nothing. I am making this in the hopes that my mother along with the 3 others involved will be able to get the help needed in order to move forward from this devastating loss.

:Update 1 individual has found housing, 2 still remain homeless, the 4th was a close friend whom did not live at the residence.
