Penny is a 14 week old Labrador mix who was rescued from a high kill shelter in TN. She is one of the happiest, sweetest pups I have ever met! She gets along great with other dogs, LOVES people, and gives the best hugs! :) Unfortunately, our veterinarians have discovered that she has a severe heart murmur which can only be treated with surgery. Without this surgery, they doubt that she will make it to a year old. Our CT veterinarian partners, Dr. Davis and Dr. Celella, have offered to perform this surgery at cost which will be around $1,700 (this surgery usually costs over $5,000)!
