UPDATE-

Kristi is home and resting comfortably. Her pain is managed with medication. We won’t know anything until the 26th if she needs additional treatments as that is when she sees her oncologist.

Hi! My name is Frances Plesha, the mother of Kristi Greer. I would like to help her in any way possible fight Breast Cancer.

Everyone should have a "Kristi" in their lives.

Here's her journey thus far....

On December 28, 2022, the nightmare began…no woman or man wants to hear those 6 letters…CANCER, especially breast cancer. Kristi received this news and has been a Warrior since she’s been diagnosed all while grieving her brother’s death on November 26th, the day of her first mammogram.

The waiting game has taken a toll on her mental health, she’s had to miss numerous days of unpaid work due to doctor appointments which have resulted in medical bills. Kristi will miss approximately 4-6 weeks of unpaid leave due to this horrific disease.

Her plan of action is simple yet complex, Kristi will undergo a right breast mastectomy on April 10th with reconstruction to follow at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago. She will also have a left breast reduction/lift to match. As of this time, we are uncertain if additional treatments are necessary.

Any help is greatly appreciated. All donations will go to Kristi and her family to fight and ease her mind a little. Let's make her POSITIVE spark keep shining ever so brightly.
