Lilly's Surgery Fund

Hey everyone, I am setting up this fundraiser for my dog Lilly, who needs surgery for her hip.  For those of you who don't know her story, two months ago a friend of mine called and told me he found a dog laying on the side of the road.  Not just any dog, but a beautiful puppy.  A puppy in need, with a broken hip, and a tummy full of gravel.  After one look at her, it was decided that I would be the proud companion of this sweet, though slightly damaged girl that I came to call Lilly. Even though she is doing much better now, the vet found that her hip has fused back together improperly, causing her to fall frequently and twisting her back.  Unfortunately, though I can pay the costs of food and basic vet visits, I find that at this time I cannot afford to get the surgery the vet thinks she need to improve her life and the function of her leg. The surgery will remove part of her femur, taking away the ball and socket and leave her with a muscular hip joint. The vet has assured me that this is the best chance for her to be able to use her leg in a more natural way. If you are able, please help out with any amount to help a great rescue dog live a happy and healthy life! Lilly and I would be forever grateful.
