For The Loss Of Our Angel

Jennifer’s story is one of unimaginable strength and perseverance no matter what obstacle presented itself. Nothing was too large to hold her back, and to have come across such a beautiful soul was nothing short of a blessing. Jenny changed the lives of anyone she came across. A true definition of a legacy, and the most difficult person to say goodbye to. After battling cancer for 11 years, Jennifer’s body was ready to move on. She went to the hospital one final time after a debilitating infection began combatting her lungs and soon after, every other organ in her already immunocompromised body. However, even after everything she had been through, Jennifer had earned two degrees from Florida International University, having a double major in Psychology & Sociology and finished her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling right before her passing. She was a fighter and a life-changer. The perfect example of a person who chose not to allow her illness to define her but instead, took her circumstances with an attitude of, “You say I can’t do what? Watch me.” and made a difference by it. Spreading her story in a tangible way, Jen became involved in organizations such as Relay for Life, Make-A-Wish, and contributed to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and anything else she could get her hands on.
Our goal is to spread Jennifer’s story of compassion, endurance, perseverance, and strength so that her family can find a small sense of peace in such a trying time. Behind such a strong woman are even stronger parents and, through your donation, we can all contribute a little to make a BIG difference in their lives.
