Terminating lease

I need to move at the end of August, 2013 before the lease on my apartment is up. To avoid damaging my credit, I need to pay a $100 release fee, and an extra 30 days of rent ($860.) Any extra funds raised will help with other moving expenses, such as getting my things to the new place.
