Titch

Hi my name is Ruth and I am trying to raise funds towards veterinary costs for our beloved boy Titch.

We rescued Titch from a kill shelter in Romania 7 years ago. When he arrived he was like a little wild fox scared of his own shadow! Even though he has his quirks he is the kindest most loving boy who quickly became a big part of our family.

In December 2024 he became very poorly and was admitted to our local vets. They diagnosed him with IMHA which is an autoimmune disease thought to have been caused by a parasite which had laid dormant. He responded to treatment. We were so relieved and happy that he made it through. It was the best Christmas present we could wish for

Everything was great until just over a week ago Titch ran out of the back door, jumped up the wall only for us to hear him scream in pain holding up his leg. The vets are pretty sure he has injured his cruciate ligament which will need surgery. My insurance policy only covers us for £2,000.

I am reaching out to ask if anyone would be kind enough to donate a little money so that we can get the funds together for Titch to can get the care and treatment he needs.

update: I have since received a quote from another vets for £4,000 this includes the surgery plus X-rays.
