Please help me!

Hi my name is Dmitry, This happened to me, my fingers were numb, in the clinic they did an X-ray, they said that you have a fifth sixth disc that was displaced, they gave me the address where I needed to go and they had to do surgery , so I arrived there, they did everything for me under anesthesia and gave me an infection there. Because of infection I can’t move anymore. I am in lots of pain, I don’t have family here, only a few friends. Asking for your help! Thank you all for everything.
