Help Ryan's recovery...

I am Ryan's Aunt Shell. I always say Ryan is my first baby! He has dealt with many obstacles throughout his life and worked hard to build new life for he and his family. He gave his life to the Lord last summer. Just as things seemed to be turning the corner, he became very ill out in the middle of the ocean. As his family, we want to support him and are asking for donations to help Ryan and his family during his medical crisis. Ryan is self-employed and does not have company-sponsored health insurance. To keep monthly premiums reasonable, they opted for a high deductible health plan which means they have a very large annual deductible and large out-of-pocket maximum. We would like to help Ryan and Ashley with this expense as well as help cover the costs of travel for Ashley since Ryan was working out of town when he became ill. Due to the nature of Ryan’s illness and the surgery required to save his life, him returning to work quickly is not an option. He works a very physically demanding job and will need to take time to rest and recover before he is allowed to return to work.

Any financial support you can provide to Ryan, Ashley, and Amelia will be greatly appreciated. Please continue to keep them in your prayers. It is a miracle Ryan was able to get to shore and receive the help he so greatly needed. Thank you to Captain Kevin Paweski for turning that boat around and steaming to shore. Thank you to the nurses and doctors at St. Luke’s Hospital in New Bedford, MA for quickly assessing the situation and getting Ryan to surgery that saved his life. Thanks be to God for his protection over Ryan and Ashley. Any donation you give will be used towards the medical and travel expenses. We appreciate any support you give to Ryan and his family.
