Custody Of Thorin And Ryker

I am a single mom of 3 boys and needing to establish custody of my twins. I am not one to ask for help but this is important. Their father from the beginning wanted a dna test has yet to pay a cent in child support and does not care for their safety seeing as he decided to give them solid foods at 2 months old and they were premature to begin with. We do not have a custody order established and i was allowing him to take them every other weekend but that has stopped since i found out about him ignoring what were safe foods and feeding them whatever he wanted. Not to mention his home is not safe for them for other reasons i will not mention due to legal issues. I just want custody of my boys so they can stay home and stay safe. They dont need to be in that environment where men and women are in and out and from all sorts of backgrounds. I would not have let them go with him originally had i known this earlier. I am paying childcare and everything else out of pocket with no assistance other than wic. I work nights and cannot get daycare assistance. So i have no extra money to put out for a lawyer but desperately need to.
