Corey Lemoine is a veteran and hard working man that strives to take care of his family, his wife and two daughters 7&8. He’s been in the oilfield for the past 10 years and usually makes a decent living but lost his job when covid hit at the beginning of 2020 and since then has been trying to make ends meat for his family. He finally got another job in the oilfield recently and did what he always did and jumped right back in, full throttle, over exertion took a toll on his body and on Tuesday he started feeling funny (hard to breathe feeling stabbing pains in his ribs, left side of his body felt like noodles, and he had an odd petrusion sticking out of his stomach) so he drove himself to the hospital where they immediately took him and started running tests, his liver was swollen three times the average size with levels at 17,000, he had kidney stones 1 1/2 cm big stuck to his left kidney, gall stones, and they took a C-Panel test and his numbers were high, they thought he had had a mild heart attack. Come to find out he had developed something called Rhabdomyolysis which caused all the other issues with his organs, and an echocardiogram test showed that his pericardium was weak and he had broken tissue around his heart. He’s hospitalized currently in Texas, 800 miles away from home and he has no insurance to help cover all of these medical bills that are racking up while trying to figure out how to get him better. Once he is released he won’t be able to return to work right away for it will take some time for his body to heal. He’s a very humble person and would never ask anyone for help and in the same breath would give the shirt off his back to help anyone and everyone. So his family and friends are asking for help for his medical bills and down time during this hard time.
