Help Bella get better

Hi my name is Ashley, and my beautiful pooch is in desperate need of an opertion for a twisted intestine (gdv) . At 3am she let herself in my bedroom and woke me up whimpering at my bed side, to my surprise she had a swollen stomach, she was rushed to the vets by 4am the same morning where they xrayed her and confirmed my worst fears!! Least to say I'm very destaught about this, and those who know Bella will know how much of a good girl she is. This is my last resort, we are trying to come up with the funds to help her see another day. Thankyou for reading and thank you for any support you may give.
