Dennis' Memorial Services

Hi, my name is Jennifer and my father, Dennis Worthen, just passed on 4/28/2022 from cancer. Our family is torn from this tragedy. My father was diagnosed with prostate cancer five years ago and was told it was a slow process, that he would pass from old age first. Unfortunately, this was not the case. We learned about another type of cancer from his kidneys that spread to his bones when he broke his leg in February, where his mobility drastically became limited. This month of April, we found out that it spread even further to his lungs, liver, and gallbladder. He rapidly declined in these last couple of weeks, and we lost him.

 

My father was a very kind, generous man that lived to support his family. He was a loving grandfather, father and husband and will be severely missed. A friendly face that left an impact on everyone. We kindly ask if you can donate whatever's in your heart that would help put our father to rest.
