Arthur R. Shiver Sr., 71 of Palmetto, FL was born January 9, 1946. Art decided to go on his eternal fishing trip peacefully on June 5, 2017. He was diagnosed with cancer in January 2017. Big Art, a big man with a big heart he was loved by many and will be greatly missed. In lieu of flowers the family is asking for donations to help with expenses.
