Hi, I'm Aunt Candi. My 28 year old nephew Jordan, who is a firefighter, was diagnosed with a cancerous brain tumor. He came through the surgical removal of that tumor like the warrior we know him to be. He still has some healing to do, but Jordan's most challenging trial is yet to come. Two weeks ago, Jordan's oncologist communicated to us that he only has a 1 -2% chance of survival with the chemo and radiation treatments typically administered for his type of cancer. After much research, prayer and guidance from loved ones in the medical field, Jordan and our family have been given a glimmer of hope through a medical treatment that shows much more promising outcomes. This treatment has an outstanding success rate of 85% in halting the regrowth of the exact type of tumor that Jordan has.
Like most of these treatments, there is very little insurance coverage because it is not FDA approved, but we know that there is power in numbers, and with your help, we can get Jordan the treatment. The treatment is not cheap; it will cost around $200,000, which we don't have. His doctor recommends he begin treatment as quickly as possible. He is scheduled to begin treatment on February 14th. That means we don't have much time, and we desperately need your help. I know you've been asked to donate to things like this before, but every last penny counts here. Jordan is the epitome of love and kindness. His optimism toward life is unparalleled. If the world needs anything, it needs more Jordan's. He is like any other young man his age. He wants to grow up, meet a great girl, have kids, and live a life of joy. Please donate and spread the word, please help this young man, my nephew, with a chance to have what all of us have. Life.
From the bottom of our hearts, Thank you
