Donate For Dom!

My name is Ashley and I'm the wife of Dom's friend and hockey bud, Jake. This past Saturday, after scoring the game winning goal (!) Dom started having severe chest pains on the bench and was taken to the hospital where he had emergency surgery to clear the 100% blockage in one of his arteries--- Dom was having a heart attack at the young age of 35. After a few worrisome hours, the surgery was successful and Dom came out with a smile on his face, cracking jokes, and so incredibly proud of that goal!

I'm creating this GoFundMe page as a token of appreciation for Dom and all that he does for those he loves. He is one of the most caring and dedicated people that I know, and his three beautiful children are his world. He talks about them and his smile goes from ear to ear; he would literally do anything to make sure those kids have what they need.

Unfortunately, Dom will have to be out of work for a few weeks and we all know how quickly bills can pile up. I wanted to raise some money for Dom and his family to prevent the stress of those growing bills and any other financial burden that they might have to bear in the process. The goal is high, but I know he will be grateful for anything we can give to support him and his family. In the three and a half years I've known Dom, we have always joked about how he gives hockey his all and puts his heart into it--- now we know he really does and it's not just a joke!
