my family and I have been through a really rough three years. to start off ended up behind on our rent and not by much. instead of just evicting us our landlord decided he would shut our water off and when we were gone one day he took the backdoor off the house. I called and told him to just evict us if you won't let me catch up on rent and he decided to show up with a gun to shoot me and my wife instead. luckily we had a heads up and the cops got there in time. they ended up having to taze him after he pulled a knife on the cop. so once he was in jail we loaded up what we could and moved to the only place that we could find on such short notice. the Skagit hotel. while we were there our plan was to save some money and get a place. well we were there maybe a month and the city "without notice" came in and shut it all down. we had less than 24 hours to get out. The morning that we were supposed to get out we were introduced to an amazing place in Sedro-Woolley who took us in and helped us out. we went through their stages and we were doing great we had an apartment that we were subleasing through this agency that helped us and were told that once the year was up the apartment will be ours no questions asked because we've been paying our rent on time. unfortunately that was not the case when that year came up so needless to say we didn't have any savings because we thought we were okay. we were denied the apartment because of our credit. no one had mentioned anything about that to us by the way. so once again we're back in this shelter in the third stage in this apartment so that we could save up we come up with a 6-month plan to have all our debt paid off when all of the sudden my wife gets sepsis and almost dies right in front of me at the same time this is happening this agency comes to me and says I have 3 days to have everything out of this house no if ands or buts. so now my wife is in the hospital I have my 4-year-old boy and my 13-year-old boy on top of trying to work and move everything into a storage unit. but hey we got it done they put us up in a hotel for a week and said we will pay for this week and following weeks as long as you stick to the plan. well after 2 or 3 days we were told that they are not paying anymore. okay good thing I saved up a little bit of money so we were able to stay in the hotel for a little bit but as everybody knows hotel life is really expensive. so we had to go. now my 4-year-old son my wife and I are living in our van which is how what we use to make our money is our car but now we live in it.

I'm at a loss, I don't know where to turn, I have no family, no one we know to help us. we just need enough to pay for first last and deposit or whatever it might be the case for any apartment that'll take us with our bad credit.
