Miracle Baby

Hi, I'll be honest...I'm just trying to live over here! I call myself the Miracle Baby because I TRULY believe that God is going to heal me completely and miraculously!!! I am a 44 year old grandmother of two with stage 4 pancreatic cancer. I want to live, I'm fighting like crazy to enjoy life, stay positive, stay happy and survive this unexpected life changing experience. Before I got sick, I was a successful store manager of a nationwide retail store, how quickly I learned that regardless of how good you are when you stop producing the big numbers your value drops and you become disposable. Needless to say, less than five months after my diagnosis my job let's me go by email none the less because my six weeks of short term disability had ended and evidently according to them I was not eligible for FMLA. So I thought no biggie, I'll just work on getting better and I'll apply for disability since I've worked my whole life including 2-3 jobs at a time while singlehandedly raising my son. I knew that since I was stage 4 pancreatic cancer that I would be eligible for something where they expedite the decision process, "compassionate something or other" , what I DID NOT KNOW was that even though the determination process was expedited there is a FIVE MONTH waiting period to receive any benefits after you are approved for disability and a TWO YEAR waiting period Medicare!! What am I to do now, no insurance, no money and no idea what to do...all that I know is, I'm just trying to live over here and I would really appreciate some help, any help. Those of you who really know me know how difficult it is for me to ask for help or handouts. It's doesn't matter how little, anything would help and I would be eternally grateful!!!! I believe in God, I believe in His sovereign plan, I know that He will supply all my needs, I know that He will never leave me or forsake me. I also believe that He is going to heal me completely and miraculously! I thank you so much in advance!!
