My name is Raphael C. Okoye, CPA, a certified public accountant with public accounting practice located at 1210 Hyde Park Avenue, Hyde Park, Massachusetts, 02136, USA.
I am raising money for Michael Maduka, a relative and a former resident of Raleigh, NC, USA, now residing in Enugu, Nigeria. Michael is very sick from accute diabetes with all its complications including kidney issues, blood transfusion, hypertension and impending failure of other organs. He is undergoing infrequent dialysis due to lack of funds. He has no funds and his family is very poor. He used to be the bread winner for his family and now he is very incapacitated. The worst situation is that Michael is sharing the same bedroom with his very sick and disabled mother. There is no government intervention or public assistance and both of them depend on good samaritans like me for their daily survival.
Michael was married in USA and has three children from his ex-wife. Due to his situation in Nigeria, the wife brought his three children to USA on vacation, obtained an illegal divorce from the court and cutoff any contact with him. He does not have any form of contact with his three children, who are now teenagers. Michael is looking for legal help to have minimal contact with his children (even by phone) before his impending demise.
Any funds raised will be used mainly for his medical treatment and if possible to get legal help for access to his three children, It is his dying wish to at least have phone contact with his children, who may be residing in New Jersey with the ex-wife.
The funds are needed immediately for his medical treatment and support. As a trusted accountant in public accounting service in the USA, I will ensure that all expenses paid from this fundraising are accounted for and posted on the web for public view.
Michael's situation is horrible and pathetic. He is the first of nine children and the bread winner of the family, but cannot support himself now. This is a very hard working man who is now incapacitated by sickness. The wife abandoned him and ran away with his three children. His mother is in a hospice condition sharing the same bedroom with him. It is a pathetic and horrible medical situation.
I will highly appreciate any help for this dying man. Michael inspires me to do good and be a good samaritan. I believe that his prayer works because he prays so much for every dollar I give him. I will continue to do my best for him and he will highly appreciate any donations for his medical needs. No amount of donation is small. A penny will be a big drop in his empty pocket.
