Billy's medical costs

Hi My name is Garry Vickers. My Brother Billy had serious road traffic accident while in Thailand. He is retired solider. 37 years behind him, in the Irish Forces. He has many injuries. From fluid on the brain, fractures, Arm, Hip, Broken jaw. reconstructed hand surgery. etc. I am looking to raise as much as possible to help to cover his medical costs. in the first 4 days his costs has hit over 5,000 euro.
