Maggie is out of surgery, but the cost is so expensive!!

Maggie had surgery, she is home recovering now. It’s amazing to see her actually be able to go poop! I know that probably sounds crazy! The surgery was a success, the fatty tissue had wrapped around a vessel that the doctor had to remove. The cost ended up being $5131.43! Of course that is a very large amount and will take me quite awhile to pay it off. So if you still feel it in your heart to donate, I would really appreciate it so much.

Hi, this is Maggie. She has been my companion for the past 6 years after I lost my other 2 buddies. Well, life hasn’t been fair or kind at times. I’m still working 2 jobs to make ends meet because the economy keeps rising. Anyway, poor Maggie has a large fatty tissue mass on her perineum, and what that means is it’s blocking her from being able to go “poop” regularly. She tries to go every day and all day when I’m at home. She wakes me up at night too, so I’m not getting much sleep most days. I finally took her in for a surgical consult and just as I figured, it will cost between $3k - $5k, but I really want her to enjoy her life better. She is a happy, sweet dog and has meant the world to me since being alone for many years. If you have it and feel compelled, I would appreciate any donation amount you can give.
