I am excited to announce a fundraising initiative that is very close to my heart. On the 21st-22nd of May (exact date TBD), I will be taking a leap—quite literally—by participating in a 130m rope swing jump off the stunning Nusa Penida cliff face. This daring challenge is in honor of my brother, Jack, and aims to raise awareness and funds for men’s mental health through the Better Bloke Project.
Heights have always been one of my biggest fears, and confronting this fear head-on symbolizes the challenges many face when it comes to mental health. Just like stepping off that ledge, it often takes great courage to address our struggles and seek help.
Men's mental health is a critical issue that often goes unspoken, yet it impacts countless lives every day. By sharing my journey and taking this leap, I hope to inspire others to address mental health challenges openly and seek help when needed.
I invite you to join me in supporting the Better Bloke Project, an incredible organization dedicated to providing resources, support, and guidance for men struggling with mental health issues. Your contributions will help fund vital research and programs that can make a real difference in the lives of those affected by mental health challenges.
Every donation, no matter the size, will be a step toward breaking the stigma and making it easier for men to talk about their struggles. Together, we can create a supportive community where seeking help is seen as a strength.
