My name is Tavie I am a mother of five, and every day is a fight—not just to survive, but to protect my children.

I survived extreme domestic violence, including an attempted murder by someone I once trusted. The trauma didn’t end when I escaped—it lives with me every moment. I struggle with severe PTSD and anxiety. Loud noises, unfamiliar cars, or someone standing too close can send me into panic. I’ve lost hours at work from my high anxiety levels to being behind on rent an utilities due to lack of working from ptsd.

Now, my abuser has been released on bond. Every day I wake up terrified that she could find us. My children see my fear. No child should grow up wondering if they’ll be safe tomorrow.

I am asking for help to move somewhere safe, where my children can sleep peacefully and I can begin to heal. Funds will help cover relocation, housing, essentials, and support as I rebuild our lives.
