Stand by Jim in His Time of Need

Hi, This is Denise and I’m fundraising for my brother Jim.

As most of you know, Jim was admitted to the hospital on Dec 8th with severe stomach pains and sepsis. After a week, he was diagnosed with a duodenal ulcer that they are unable to close, ischemic bowel, and necrotizing pancreatitis. He has undergone 3 surgeries over the last month, has 5 drains, and is being fed through a tube to hopefully help him regain strength.

Jim has always been a fixer for whoever needed anything done, even if it meant working 7 days a week. He never said no to anybody. Jim is the best brother a girl could ask for! He is a dedicated brother, mentor, husband, father, and fantastic Pop for his grandbabies. His nieces and nephews all look up to him with pride and admiration.

Julie and LJ have both taken leave from work to be there with and for him daily, sometimes around the clock. This unexpected medical emergency has put an extreme financial burden on Jim and Julie. After over a month in the hospital and no income, Jim still has a very long road of recovery ahead of him and he needs help. He has always helped others; now HE needs help.
