After serving 17 years in the Navy and being married 25 years, our world came to end in November 2012. Lewis "Dene" was diagnosed with Stage lV Small Cell Lung Cancer and was given 18 months to live. Despite the terminal diagnosis , having over 60 radiation and weekly chemotherapy treatments the cancer has spread not only to bones but to various other places in his body.Dene remains positive and is not ready to stop fighting. A die-hard Mark Martin fan, his ultimate wish is to drive on September 21 ,2013 at the NASCAR Driving Experience, in Ft.Worth, Texas. Next to his family, Dene's next love is NASCAR racing. Dene would love to have people who know and love him be there to share in this once in a life time experience. Please help us make this memory come true.
