Jaime and Josh's Road to Recovery

On Friday May 19th our dear Jaime and her brother in law Josh, along with the 3 boys and their friend Sara were in a terrible car accident outside of Regina. Thanks to both Stars Air Ambulance and on site EMT's the entire family was rushed to Regina General Hospital. The kids along with Sara were extremely lucky to walk away from the wreckage but Jaime and Josh suffered severe injuries. They are both very lucky to be alive today and we are so very thankful with the hard work of both the Doctors and Nurses they are now on their road to recovery. Jaime has a broken back, punctured lung, several broken ribs and underwent two emergency surgeries to stop the internal bleeding and to have her spleen removed. Josh suffered a broken pelvis and hip where he was sent to Saskatoon to undergo surgery. Jaime has now been moved to the trauma ward and Josh has been returned to Regina where they can at least be together during the long road ahead of them. Jaime has 2 beautiful sons and a husband who are cheering her on and can't wait to have her back home with them. The family and friends of both Jaime and Josh have been by their sides doing absolutely everything they can to keep them going and to make sure they have everything they need and to comfort them during this difficult time. This is only the beginning not to mention the financial burden that will arise. Let's help them out by giving them one less thing to worry about.
