For over ten years, he has been a handyman working in the city, and he recently got a promotion to a supervisory position only to have to leave it due to his failing health. In February, he got very sick and ended up in the hospital. Since then, he has been in and out of the hospital. Diagnosed with end-stage renal failure, and it has been a challenging year.
