In August 2007, Larry Lee joined the Buddy's team and has successfully run our store in Pittsburg, Kansas. He has also served his community for many years as a Volunteer Fire Fighter and Police Officer. 

In November of 2017, Larry got sick and he was then diagnosed with Bone Cancer. Larry sought advise and was scheduled to undergo a Bone Marrow Transplant in July of this year all the while continuing to come to work daily, motivating his team and successfully growing his business. 

In March of 2019,  Larry went to his doctor and was then diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia. He was urged by his doctor to immediately seek treatment in the form of chemo-therapy.

This required him to leave his wife, daughter and 2 sons and journey to Houston, TX. to seek treatment and hopefully make a full recovery. His expenses have been sudden and great as he has to pay for the costs of living in both Houston and Pittsburg. There are also a lot of additional living, travel and health care expenses that Larry could use our help with. 

And that's where we come in! Any donation given will help Larry's expenses and also make his journey to wellness easier for both him and his family.
