Mental health struggles

I suffer from bipolar manic depression and have been struggling a lot the past year. I was off work for about 8 months in 2020 and have had trouble adjusting to new medications which has impaired my ability to work this year as well. 

I was working on catching up with my bills, but things have gone sideways again and I am struggling once more with finances. I'm looking at hopefully moving somewhere cheaper so that the rent and utilities aren't so cumbersome, but I currently need help with those things.

Because I was out of work so much last year, I won't be receiving a tax refund and will probably end up owing instead. Which means I will be struggling even further once I file.

I hate to ask for help from anyone, but any little bit will help. If you can share this link around, I would be immensely appreciative.
