Hello my name is Aj Tamburrino. I am a high school 4 time Distinguished Honors Student True Freshman wrestler at William Tennent High School ( GPA 3.8 ) I have been wrestling since age 6 and started Varsity Team with the Central Bucks Raiders Wrestling Federation for 6 years placing all 6 years at East Penn Youth Wrestling League Championships 4th Place and then 5 year 1st Place Champion in 5 different weight classes. I then continued onward to PA Junior Wrestling State Place Winner and then State Champion. I competed at PA Junior High School and became a State Champion and finished my Junior High at 2nd place PA Junior High State Championship. I have competed on several club team such as SEPA, Team PA Gold/ Blue Teams, BCWA Black Team, Young Guns, Bison Legend, and Key Stone Brawlers. I competed at 2014 AAU Scholastic High School Disney Duals for the Keystone Brawlers while in 7th grade and finished undefeated 10-0 and attributed 56 dual team points and became a High School All American.
Furthermore, Competed in 2016 Journeyman Fall Classic Over
Flow Division which consisted of
Tier 1 – Best of the Best a true battleground for the hardcore wrestlers. Four, five-, six-, or eight-man round-robin brackets with all decorated and accomplished opponents. Eight-man round-robins are two four-man groups with a cross-over. I placed 1st in Over Flow Division and was able to enter the Tournament the second day and placed 3rd in the Overall.
This past season, my freshman season; I made the High School Varsity Team and competed at 126 and 132 pounds. My record is 45-4 with 1st Place at District 1 Suburban 1 League Championship, 3rd at District 1 Suburban 1 Championships. Also, placed 1st at 2017 National High School Coaches Association (NHSCA) Championships and attained High School All American Status. Recently, I placed 3rd at 2017 PAWF State Freestyle Championships and earned a spot representing Team Pennsylvania and compete at Asics/ Vaughn 2017 Cadet National Championships July 14-22nd in Fargo, North Dakota. Team Pennsylvania will be competing against State Champions from 42 other States. These events are the most important and most prestigious wrestling events held this year. It is very expensive to make this opportunity a reality for young athletes. I am asking for sponsorship to assist me in meeting the expenses of this trip. Your generous sponsorship will aid in my quest to gain national exposure and represent Pennsylvania at these National Championships. All funds toward the sponsorship are tax deductible. PA/ USA Wrestling is a registered 501-C3 non profit organization. My goal is to attend college and wrestle for the college of choice. I am very much interested in Science and Engineering and will attend college in those fields of study.Thank you very much for reading this message.
