Fresh start after an abusive relationship

I am making this fundraiser for a friend due to wanting to hide her name since her ex is from a "powerful" family and could potentially harm her still, even though she isn't with him anymore. Unfortunately he knows my name but hopefully this doesn't get back to them.
My friend has just left a horrible, egotistical, sociopath of a man, and he not only abused her but controlled her financially. She has no funds after leaving this person but has no shortage of bills due to student loans, chronic illness, and the bills that come with starting an entire new life (housing, utilities, transportation, ect). I am unfortunately just a college student as well or I would help more. Despite the overwhelming odds, she is determined to start a fresh chapter and any help that can be spared will not only have her gratitude, but mine as well. Thank you!
