PLEASE SAVE OUR PARK-HELP FIGHT CORRUPT CITY HALL

The City of Bradenton Florida gave private
developers a pristine five acre century old historic Glazier Gates Park  to bulldoz and build rental condos. This park is home to thirty, one and two hundred year old oak trees, over 50 other native trees, Eagles, osprey, and other endangerd birds and wildlife! It is the last pristine public space left on Manatee Avenue in Bradenton! This area was a vital intrinsic part of the native people in the area before the settlers arrived. It became the first free black settlement in Florida. Then it was the first pioneer settlement south of Tampa. These people depended on this land for the rich soil and crystal clear springs and aquafir still in use today! Stop this rape and pillage of our wildlife, our trees, our aquafirs, our history!

We have hired an attorney, Mr. Ralf Brookes, of Cape Coral, FL,  and we have a court date of May 2,2016  @ 1:30 PM. All fundraising goes towards paying our legal expenses.
Please help. You can contribute time money, or hold a fundraiser such as a coffee or or type gathering with friends and neighbors. Pray for us please.

Thank you so much to all of you who have helped this cause. It would not happen without you.
