Literary Agent Kristin Nelson's good friend Dave Olsen, and two tenants Jen & Jason, lost their home and everything else in the Colorado Springs Black Forest Wildfire in June 2013. Although Dave has insurance, Jen & Jason do not. Agent Kristin is donating a 50-page manuscript critique followed by a 30-minute Skype session to raise money.
