Asking for help for my family

I’m not sure how to go about this but, we need help. I’m in Wisconsin, my sister and mother are in Arkansas. Mom heart had surgery and has been on life support for about 10 days. We were expecting her to be up and at em in rehab at this point but it’s not looking good. My sister Tara’s biological father passed away last Wednesday in South Carolina. We’re trying to find a way for me to get to Arkansas and Tara to get to South Carolina. We’ve worked out the numbers and it comes to about 5000 for everything. I really don’t know how to do this but any help at all would be so very appreciated. When Tara has to go to SC I need to be in Arkansas.

I’m not sure that I explained it correctly but we do truly need help.
