We are about to embark on our 8th Outreach—can you believe it’s been 8 years?!

A huge thank you to everyone who has supported Smile4Ghana over the years. To our incredible volunteers—this would not be possible without you.

What We’ve Done So Far

In previous years, we visited the Western Region of Ghana, Essikado-Ketan, where we treated approximately 800 patients. Our team provided same-day dental treatment and delivered vital oral health education to the community.

We were also honoured to support residents at Weija Leprosarium, working alongside Reverend Father Andrew Campbell, who has dedicated decades to supporting people affected by leprosy through the Lepers Aid Committee.

2026 Outreach – A Special Collaboration

This year, we are proud to collaborate with the Mfantsipim Old Students Association (MOBA) as part of Mfantsipim School’s 150th Anniversary.

Founded in 1876 in Cape Coast, Mfantsipim is the oldest boys’ school in Ghana—and we are honoured to be part of this milestone.

Our Mission This Year

We are heading to Cape Coast, where we aim to:

• Treat 800+ patients

• Support local fishing communities who risk their lives daily at sea

• Provide essential dental care so they can continue supporting their families and villages

Our team will:

• Deliver on-the-day treatment

• Distribute dental supplies

• Provide oral health education

Smile4Ghana began with just three dentists and their wives who witnessed the devastating effects of poor oral health in Ghana due to poverty, limited access, and lack of awareness.

They decided to take action—and the mission was born.
