To help reach our fundraising goal for our 2027 Kenya expedition, our Scouts, Explorers and leaders are completing a series of hikes and challenges together.

This project isn’t just about travel – it’s about developing skills for life. Our young people are learning teamwork, leadership, resilience, problem-solving and community responsibility as they prepare for an international volunteering experience.

They are fundraising, planning, organising and stepping outside their comfort zones – all skills that strengthen them here at home in Whitstable.

While we will be supporting a school in Kenya through voluntary work, the long-term impact is on our own young people, helping them grow in confidence, independence and global awareness.

If you can donate or share, we would be hugely grateful. You are investing in the future of local young people.
