2 weeks ago our Dad, the sole provider for our family, became very ill. We had no clue what was going on with his health. We just noticed that his strength was decreasing, he wasn't sleeping or eating, and he was having trouble getting by day to day. He became ill and lost around 40pds within that time. He then had to go into emergency surgery as he had a lot of toxins in his body that could not be released naturally. The doctors gave us the option to put in a bypass to try and release all the toxins that had been impacting his body. That surgery only did so much, but we noticed he wasn't getting any better. Our dad got more ill and had to have another emergency surgery due to having tumors in his pancreas. The doctors informed us that he had pancreatic cancer and needed to have invasive surgery in order for the cancer not to continue spreading. The surgery and the treatments have impacted our family as we were not prepared financially for this to occur. We are currently putting together as much as we can, through our savings and loans, yet we are still short as the bill is over 45k. As of today, the doctors have removed the cancerous tumors, we are very lucky and grateful that our Dad is in recovery. Now the only issue is covering costs, as it is why we are trying to raise money for the medical expenses and treatment. Any prayers and donations, even the smallest, we are extremely grateful and appreciative for.
