Hi, my name is Lisa and I’m the daughter of Marie. I am the youngest of four children and I am my mom’s primary caregiver. My mom is currently under the care of hospice services and is not doing well. She had a stroke back in June and continued to decline despite efforts of home health services. She was placed on hospice services on August 16th.

Prior to her stroke, mom’s life insurance lapsed and by the time it was discovered, it was too late to make the missed payments to reinstate it. I have pre-planned her funeral and burial expenses and it is going to cost 13K out of pocket. I have been able to pay some towards it and I’m hoping to get more paid into it soon. Mom’s condition is deteriorating and I’m not sure how much time we have left with her. I have complete faith and trust in God that He will see me through this.
