Rich Keizer is a local paramedic with Rockford Ambulance. Last night he had an electrical fire. No one was injured, but the house was a total loss along with most belongings. He was also letting his niece, her boyfriend, and their 1 month old baby daughter live there. They also lost everything including their car in the fire.
