Help the Williams Family Rebuild After the Flood

Donation protected
The Williams family, like so many others in East Whatcom County, is urgently in need of support after a devastating flood left their home unlivable. The family includes a teen daughter and three small kids, making this loss especially heartbreaking during Christmas time.

The flood destroyed all essential systems in their home (furnace, electrical panel, water filtration system, water pump, water heater) They currently have no electricity, no heat, or water. The septic system failed hours before the river crested, and their driveway was washed away.

The family was forced to leave their home and have been staying in a hotel. They have temporary housing but will be unable to go home for unforeseeable future.

Donations will help cover temporary housing costs, restore heat and running water, replace the furnace and water heater, replace the food they lost, and potential lost wages, and make the home safe again for their children.

Any donation, no matter the size, will make a meaningful difference during this incredibly difficult time.

Anyone who knows Edward and Alexandra knows they are incredibly rooted in the community. They volunteer regularly and are always the first ones to jump in and help a friend in need. Now they need to lean on their community.

If you’re unable to donate, please consider sharing this fundraiser to help spread the word. Your kindness and generosity are deeply appreciated as the Williams family works to rebuild after this traumatic flood.
