Help Maples medical and desexing bills ❤️

Hi friends and family ❤️ and all Maple lovers out there

Maple has some medical bills (she’s ok!) and I have set up this go fund me asking for any contribution towards half of them. Unfortunately I’ve had some setbacks with my own health too making this even more of a stretch. Please read more below or click the link if you’d like to help out!

THE LONG STORY: 

Maple has had another vet appointment due to an ear infection and needs to be desexed. The appointment today was over $200 including medication, then there is an extra $240 fee for mature dogs on top of basic desexing which is $500+

Maple has always been my rock, my joy, my weighted staffy blanket, my quiet therapist and furry natural anti-depressant all in a 21kg package.

I got Maple from one of my best friends in the world, who passed away in February of this year. Sarah was a dog breeder, artist, unofficial advice guru, road trip queen and one of the most joyful, funniest & caring humans I’ve ever met. Her friendship was like home to me. As a dog breeder Sarah was compassionate and ethical, desexing her mumma dogs before rehoming them. This was something she wasn’t able to do before she passed. 

I know there are so many of you that care about Maple (and me, for that matter). The reason I am doing this is because asking for help is something that people do when they know that love exists around them - as I know it exists around me ❤️ So with appreciation and love, and without shame, I’m asking for any small contribution that you can send our way.

THE SHORT STORY:

Maple has to be desexed after being professionally bred as a mumma dog, and this payment has unexpectedly fallen on me, so I’m reaching out to my community and loved ones for help!

I’ve had my own recent chronic health issues which are making this expense extra challenging. 

All I am asking for is a pay-what -you-can towards half of Maples medical bills, which are amounting to over $1000+. Any amount will make a difference ❤️
